Barcelona is a coastal city located between the Llobregat and Besòs rivers, and the Natural Park of Collserola. In addition to its natural heritage, the city takes care of its 1,200 ha of public green spaces and more than 200,000 trees. This green infrastructure of 28.35 km2, hosts more than 3,000 flora species and over 370 of wildlife. Barcelona works to preserve its natural heritage and moves towards a greener and more biodiverse city.
